Data we process

Contact and investor forms collect name, email, organization, intent, and message. These are used solely to respond to your request and to operate a lightweight inbound pipeline. No marketing profiles are built at launch.

Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inbound professional inquiries). You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Analytics

If configured, we use Plausible or Fathom — privacy-first, cookieless analytics that does not use Google Analytics. No advertising identifiers are stored.

Processors

Email delivery may use Resend. Hosting may be Vercel or Railway. Processors are bound by data-processing agreements where required.

Retention and rights

Inquiries are retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-on pilot or investor process. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority (e.g. Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht).
